Love it or Return Policy

Wool Roots spend a great deal of time to select the purest and best quality local materials available. Each one of our pieces is handcrafted with love and care and thoroughly inspected before shipping.  However, if for any reason you do not love your item, or the item was damaged during shipping, you have 30 days from the day you place your order to return unused items, in its original packaging, for a full refund.  Please contact us for an authorization.

Wool Roots is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Also, note that custom items are not returnable!

Wool Roots have spent a lot of time exploring and testing the purest and highest quality local materials available.  Wool Roots has designed and hand crafted each piece from the bottom of our hearts.  We hope that you feel our love as soon as you open your package.  With proper care your items can last a lifetime and beyond.  Wool Roots provides 90 days guarantee for materials and craftsmanship.  Return shipping cost are on us if you receive a defective item.  Shrinking due to washing or uneven settlement is not covered.  Please read and follow care instructions.  And please contact us if you experience any issues!

Shipping

Your items will ship 1 business days after purchase by USPS Priority shipping.  A tracking number will be emailed to you in your shipping confirmation. Shipping times within the continental USA are typically 7-10 business days.  Faster shipping options are available at an additional cost.  Please contact us if you need your item(s) faster, or if you prefer a different shipping method for a quote.

Terms and Conditions

By using this website and purchasing any products from Wool Roots, I have read and agreed to all policies, terms, and conditions.

I understand that I am purchasing a handcrafted item and that each piece is unique; 5% variance of description size does not qualify as a defective item.
I understand that a wool filled mattress is not as hard as typical mattress intended for newborn babies.

I understand that a baby should not be left unattended while using Wool Roots Baby Nest, or Wool Roots Nursing Pillow.

I understand that a baby should not be placed in the Wool Roots Baby Nest, or in Wool Roots Nursing Pillow on an elevated surface.

I understand that the Wool Roots Baby Nest and the Wool Roots Nursing Pillow should not be placed in a crib or against another vertical surface, where a baby could be trapped.
